The Lumerot name, original store copy, commissioned graphics and brand presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Third-party platform elements and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal use

Customers may browse the store and retain order-related information for personal, non-commercial use. No broader license is granted.

Prohibited use

Users may not reproduce, resell, republish or create misleading derivatives of protected store content without written permission. Fraudulent reviews, impersonation, automated access that burdens the service and unlawful submissions are prohibited.

Rights concerns

A rights holder should identify the protected work, relevant URL, contact information and basis of the request. Verification may be required.
