Using Lumerot

By visiting lumerot.com or placing an order, customers agree to these terms and the policies linked through the store. Accurate contact, payment and delivery information must be supplied.

Product presentation

We aim to describe pendant lights accurately, but photography, lighting, screens and normal manufacturing variation may affect perceived color, texture or shape. Customers should review all available images and details.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require acceptance of an order affected by pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, unsupported delivery or inaccurate information. Captured payment for an unfulfilled canceled item will be refunded.

Responsible use

Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability, electrical compatibility and installation requirements, and for using products as intended. Lumerot is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration or unsafe installation, incompatible electrical components or failure to follow care information, to the extent permitted by law.

Website conduct

Users may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or use the service unlawfully. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
